In Rooms / Out Of Hospital
- For IN ROOMS / OUT of hospital visits and procedures we charge medical aid tariffs.
- A R300 admin fee is applicable to ALL NEW patients, to be paid on the day of the appointment. The practice will submit the fee for a consultation, sonar, urine test, uroflow and any materials used with the examination directly to your medical aid.
- If the claim is rejected due to insufficient funds/benefits being exceeded, the full account must be settled by the member on the day of the appointment.
- It is the patient responsibility to obtain any authorization/referral no and referral letters for specialist visits.
- Private patients – the account must be settled in full on the day of the appointment.
- International medical aids and medical insurances – the account must be settled in full on the day of the appointment.

It is the responsibility of the patient to familiarise themselves with their specific benefits and option with their medical aid as the contract is between the patient and the medical aid and not the service provider.
Please take note that this practice is not responsible for obtaining the above-mentioned. If the above-mentioned requirements are not met, you will be responsible for paying for the full consultation, sonar, etc. directly after the consultation.
